ETD, Inc. develops strategic plans for organizations and business entities. We help organizations identify their direction and strategize the best way to allocate resources. We conduct external and internal evaluations of an entity’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats; we identify and prioritize major issues and goals; we craft vision, mission and value statements; we establish action plans which detail an organizations objectives, their resource needs, and the roles and responsibilities for implementation of action plans. Recent ETD, Inc. strategic organizational planning projects were conducted for the Navajo Nation Water Rights Commission, and Navajo Nation Green Economy Commission.
